A Google search shows that ThrustVPS has a reputation for bad support and oversubscribed virtual servers, random reboots and other downtime. On the other hand their prices are good with reasonable memory and bandwidth.
Could someone that is using ThrustVPS please comment on their experience with them? Are you using the UK or US servers?
Pretty much it is s you've said. Cheap, but with some shocking support at times
For my own projects, I've been using Linode for years without a problem. They have options to have your VPS located in the US or UK. (They only have Linux distro options though, not sure if that's an issue for you or not)
Thanks but I'm using the .NET API and as far as I know it won't work under Mono.
Another option is the free Amazon EC2 micro service but you have to give them your credit card and I've had Amazon make a R3500 unauthorized deduction from by CC, so I don't trust them.
This lot look promising Dewlance
