Hi guys, over the last couple of days we have noticed a greatly increased occurence of the above exception (14 times so far today) for BattleTrivia. Every time it occurs we need to reconnect to the ExternalAppAPI. Usually it almost never occurs. We are not sure whether the problem is with our host (MWEB) or the ExternalAppAPI server, but we did not change anything on our side. Are you aware of any changes on your side?

It is still happening today. We would prefer not restarting our service if we can determine that the problem is on the APIs side. At any time there are hundreds of players. If we do not receive feedback before tomorrow we will restart our server to see whether it will improve connectivity.

The problem still persists and we are having a lot of difficulty determining the cause of the problem. Is there any support technician we can talk to that might help us solve this? We don't know whether it's the MXit API server that's over capacity or our host, MWEB (who assures us it's not on our VPSs side). Maybe there's some WCF parameters we can tweak?

After the API update on Friday the issue is resolved.

Sorry for missing this thread Carel, after we made a few tweaks to our messaging API, I'm sure this exception will not occur again.

Is everything working on your side again?
